Why do we only allow you to upload some file formats? This is especially with regard to security (risk of smuggling malicious code in certain files) and also with regard to the load on the server.

The maximum allowed file size is 256MB.
You can upload up to 15 files at a time.

We allow uploads of the following file formats:

• Pictures: jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, png, bmp, tiff, tif, ico,
• Audio: mp3,
• Documments: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx,
• Presentation: ppt, pptx,
• Compressed packages: zip, rar, 7z,

We do not allow videos to be uploaded. Why? We are not a video server. Recording and subsequent playback of video is very resource intensive. Therefore, please upload videos to paltforms created for this purpose, such as youtube, vimeo, etc. You can also upload the video to your cloud, such as google disk, onedrive, dropbox, etc. and share it here only as a link.
