Men are tying a wooden load of a railway wagon. At the same time, they move on wooden logs without fall protection. They climbed the car like spiders, without a ladder.

One wrong step and it could be a fatal work accident!

The risk of falling from a height must always be reduced!

Most of the countries are do not follow the safety regulations, but they seek the service of the safety officer or consultant for audit purposes. they just want to do the work any how as " the cat may be made of clay but need to catch the mouse."

I agree with you that the situation you described poses a significant risk of work-related accidents, particularly the risk of falls from heights. Employers have a legal and moral responsibility to provide their employees with a safe working environment, and this includes implementing measures to prevent falls from heights.

To reduce the risk of falls, employers can take several steps, including:

Provide employees with appropriate fall protection equipment, such as harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points.

Implement safe work procedures, including the use of ladders or other appropriate equipment for accessing high places.

Provide training to employees on safe work practices and the proper use of fall protection equipment.

Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and address potential hazards, such as uneven surfaces, slippery conditions, or loose equipment.

By taking these steps, employers can significantly reduce the risk of falls and other work-related accidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of their employees.
